In case of secured booking the hotel will hold the room for you even if you arrive after 6 p.m. Cancelling non-secured bookings (reservations not guaranteed with a credit card): You must arrive to the hotel before 6 p.m. (local time: Greenwich +1) since your reservation is only valid until 6 p.m. After 6 p.m. it will automatically be cancelled, free of charge. If you are planning to arrive later than 6 p.m. please notify the hotel on the day of your arrival directly - by telephone or fax ! |
