In case of late cancellation or no show the hotel might charge the price of the first night for each room reserved onto your credit card. In case of secured booking the hotel will hold the room for you even if you arrive after 6 p.m. Cancelling non-secured bookings (reservations not guaranteed with a credit card): You must arrive to the hotel before 6 p.m. (local time: Greenwich +1) since your reservation is only valid until 6 p.m. After 6 p.m. it will automatically be cancelled, free of charge. If you are planning to arrive later than 6 p.m. please notify the hotel on the day of your arrival directly - by telephone or fax ! |
